This is a recording of the duet we did on Saturday.
I'm playing the melody whilst Rachel performs the bass section.
We are playing the piece at a very reduced tempo but already I can hear that I need plenty more bow control exercises, not to mention intonation issues.
I hope I didn't let Rachel down too much :}

Learning the cello as an adult started as a dare but has now turned into an ongoing love affair; I hope to one day make her sing to her full potential. In the meantime, all spare time and moments are dedicated to this wonderful instrument as I am unable to think about anything else, much to the dismay of my other half :}
